Drop your complaints!

Yesterday I went to the Chennai Central station to receive my grand parents. They're on their way to Pondicherry. I saw a funny message on the platform: "Please drop eve-teasing complaints here" on a wooden box, besides which a policewoman was sitting. I couldn't help but laugh. The whole thing looked funny. First of all, asking the eve-teasing victims to write about it and drop. And what is the policewoman for? Sight-seeing?
