Dev D - effin brillant!
Finally, I got to see Dev D. Frankly, I wasn't expecting that ending at all. I just thought it will be on the lines of the other Devdas movies. But wow. It's a frackin awesome visual treat, and Abhay Deol and Kalki Koechlin took it to an entirely different level. Anurag Kashyap, obviously, totally kills it on so many levels. Narration and cinematography is off the hook, and original. Loved the soundtrack. Now I know why the term 'emotional atyachar' so popular! Wow.

Exactly, I remember being totally blown away too. Same with the song, I'd heard the song in passing, and just thought it was funky and left it at that. :)
