Yesterday, out of an impulse, I bought "The Power of Now" by Eckhart Tolle. What a loser dude. His first chapter starts out as: "You are not your mind". I threw away the book in disgust.
And to think it's a New York Times bestseller. Eww. Boy, these guys give all the other, genuine self-help authors a bad name. I'll try to exchange it today.
